Our shipping process is designed to protect both quality and experience from the moment your order leaves our kitchen.

Cold Shipping Process

All cheesecakes and temperature-sensitive items are:

  • Carefully packaged with insulated liners
  • Shipped with dry ice and/or gel packs
  • Flash-frozen to preserve texture and freshness

Shipping Schedule

To ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition:

  • We ship Monday – Wednesday
  • Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the next available day
  • This helps avoid packages sitting in transit over weekends

Transit & Delivery

Once your order leaves our facility:

  • Delivery timing is controlled by the carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex)
  • We are not responsible for delays once shipped
  • Tracking information is provided for all orders

Important Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package
  • Products should be brought inside promptly upon delivery
  • Our packaging is designed to maintain quality during transit, but conditions may vary

Product Condition Upon Arrival

Products may arrive:

  • Firm, chilled, or slightly softened

This is normal and does not affect quality or safety

Shipping Responsibility

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Packages left outside after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refund & Replacement Policy

At Protein Snack Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in preparing and shipping every order.

Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we will gladly review and resolve any issues that meet the criteria below.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives spoiled or unsafe for consumption
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is significantly damaged in transit

To request a resolution:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Slight softening due to shipping conditions
  • Delays caused by the carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex)
  • Packages left outside after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
